The food will be a finger buffet of cocktail sandwiches, sesame cocktail sausage rolls, pork pies with pickles, vegetarian quiches, BBQ roasted chicken drumsticks, vegetable samosas, individual pizzas, crisps and nibbles, plus a trio of finger desserts. There will be bar facilities, teas and coffees will also be on sale. If the evening is warm, an outside balcony area can be opened up. A lift to the room is available for those for whom stairs are a problem.

The event will be publicised in the local newspaper and radio stations. Please pass on the information to others who might be interested.
